What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept:
1. Credit Card: All major credit cards are accepted. We utilize Paypal Or Google Checkout to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express orders. You do NOT have to have a Paypal or Google account to use a credit card to purchase your items, nor do you have to make a Paypal or Google account. When using Paypal follow the option to pay without a Paypal account. If you wish to make a Paypal account you may do so after your credit card is charged, but you are not required to do so.
2. Money order or Personal Check: Items will be sent after check clears.
We are required to collect New Jersey Sales tax on all orders sent to New Jersey locations, there is no tax on orders sent outside of New Jersey.
We ship all Domestic (inside the U.S.) Orders by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. International Orders are sent by First Class Mail.
What is your privacy policy?
Onezumi Studios will NEVER EVER sell or trade Email Addresses, Mailing Addresses, Phone Numbers, or other Personal Information of people that order from or sign up with any of our websites (including Onezumi.com, Harknell.com, Onezumistudios.com, Onezumiverse.com, AWSOM.org, or any affiliated or future sites) to any outside companies or individuals no matter what.
Is your site secure? Are you a real store?
Yes. We maintain the highest level of security possible by using encrypted transmission of your credit card data using a SSL certificate. None of your payment information is kept on our site, so this is an extra barrier of protection.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be authorized in advance by email and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number . Defective items and un-worn clothing may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days.
NOTE: Worn clothing items or items in customer damaged condition will not be accepted, nor will items returned without preauthorization.
UPDATED: Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes. We are now accepting international orders. All shipping charges are in U.S. Dollars.
Are your fashion items sweatshop free?
Yes, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We use Gildan brand for our regular T-shirts and Bella brand for our women's fitted style shirts, and both companies state that they do not use sweatshop labor to produce their items.
